WHAT IS THE F.I.R.E. INTENSIVE?
The HPD F.I.R.E. Intensive is an intensive that travels to YOUR studio! This saves your students travel, and hotel, and saves so much time with their training. They will receive a convention atmosphere within the comfort of their studio walls! This jam-packed 1 or 2-day intensive will include 4 or 5 sessions each day, consisting of various strength, flexibility, and technique training.
WHAT DOES F.I.R.E. STAND FOR?
F.I.R.E. stands for Fortify, Innovate, Render and Execute! This intensive will cultivate your dancer’s fortitude, give them the tools to be innovative as an artist, render themselves thriving artists, and teach them to execute their training in and out of the studio.

PLEASE CHOOSE 5 OF THE FOLLOWING SESSIONS FOR YOUR ONE DAY F.I.R.E INTENSIVE OR 8 SESSIONS FOR YOUR 2 DAY F.I.R.E INTENSIVE.

This session is designed for dancers to take their flexibility to the next level. We will Target major muscle groups such as the hamstrings, quads, and inner thighs, as well as the back. We also focus on lengthening the core for maximum and safe flexibility.

This session is designed to teach turn techniques for pirouettes, a la secondes, floats, leg hold turns, trick turns, and specialized turns. We will apply them in combinations across the floor to further the dancer’s understanding of the muscles and artistry needed to execute their turn technique.

This session is designed to help prepare students who are hoping to pursue the commercial dance industry. The students will experience a brief mock audition including: Choreography, improv/freestyle, a short panel interview, music video choreography, and tour choreography.

This session is designed to improve the dancer’s readiness, grace, and skill in executing the musicality and “Athletisrty” in their across the floor combinations (both foundational and advanced).

This session is designed for all around safe and quality peak performance training for athletes who are dancers. We include PBT (Progressing ballet technique) and mUvmethod exercises mixed with Pilates and barre influenced training.

This session is designed to teach the dancers a specific warm up for a class and a different warm up for competition days. We all know we are pressed for time during studio hours and at competitions. These warm ups are designed to hit all of the major areas that will keep our dancers safe, healthy, and ready for either the studio or the stage!

This session is designed for a dance team or potential dance team dancers to learn foundational sideline combinations. There will be two combos in this class. Please bring your own poms!

This session is designed for advanced pointe students (6+ year on pointe, ages 16+); a warm up and contemporary combo will be taught on pointe.
HOW MUCH IS THE F.I.R.E INTENSIVE?
The cost for the two-day intensive is $300 per student, which includes a limited edition F.I.R.E. intensive T-Shirt, and 8 classes.
The cost for the one-day intensive is $175 per student, which includes a limited edition F.I.R.E intensive T-shirt, and 5 classes.
DOES THE STUDIO PAY A FEE?
Nope! As the studio owner, no costs fall upon you! The studio acts as a host for this intensive and opens up a chance for students from all over your local area to step foot into your studio.
*A minimum of 15 students is required to reserve a booking for this intensive.
